The Atlanta Falcons released their 53-man roster today. There were a few tough decisions that they had to make but that comes with the territory.
One of the decisions that many believed would be the a difficult one would be with the running backs. With all of the running backs showing promise during training camp, Carlos Washington Jr. was the odd man out.
Another move that may become surprising or at least spark a conversation was the release of cornerback Kevin King. After returning back from a two-year absence, King made a return and even recorded an interception in the first preseason game.
