Here’s my “Aww’s” and “Naw’s” for Week 3:

Aww Quarterbacks

Ryan Fitzpatrick, New York Jets (home vs. Philadelphia Eagles) – Great matchup vs. the dismantled Eagles. Looks like Fitzpatrick will be without Eric Decker, but he’ll still have Brandon Marshall.

Carson Palmer, Arizona Cardinals (home vs. San Francisco 49ers) – Palmer is tied with Tom Brady for the most touchdown passes through two weeks. Look for him to add two or three more this Sunday.

Tyrod Taylor, Buffalo Bills (away vs. Miami Dolphins) – 80 rushing yards through two weeks, along with 437 passing yards and four touchdowns. Sounds like a great sleeper in the making in Buffalo.

Naw Quarterbacks

Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions (home vs. Denver Broncos) – A banged up quarterback facing one of the best defenses in the league, who has not yet gave up a touchdown pass this season.

Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints (away vs. Carolina Panthers) – The rotator cuff injury was too much to bare as Drew will not play this Sunday vs. Carolina. If you do not have a backup for Brees, look at getting Ryan Fitzpatrick/NY Jets (home vs. Philadelphia Eagles), Tyrod Taylor/Buffalo Bills (away vs. Miami Dolphins), Nick Foles/St. Louis Rams (home vs. Pittsburgh Steelers), or even Derek Carr/Oakland Raiders (away vs. Cleveland Browns

Aww Running Backs

Dion Lewis/LaGarrette Blount, New England Patriots (home vs. Jacksonville Jaguars) – This is a gut feeling but I think the Jacksonville Jaguars are going to get a dose of Lewis/Blount.

Latavius Murray, Oakland Raiders (away vs. Cleveland Browns) – Murray is playing Cleveland, who’s the worse rushing defense in the league so far. Plus he’s a true three-down running back, which is very rare these days in fantasy.

CJ Anderson, Denver Broncos (away vs. Detroit Lions) – Anderson hasn’t lived up to his first round potential in the first two games this season. This Sunday is his make or break game.

Naw Running Backs

Matt Forte, Chicago Bears (away vs. Seattle Seahawks) – I know you may not have a lot of options at running back, but if you do, you have my blessings to bench any Chicago Bear minus Martellus Bennett.

Lamar Miller, Miami Dolphins (home vs. Buffalo Bills) – Miller has been disappointing in the first two weeks, and you can make it three once he gets shut down by the Bills Sunday.

Aww Wide Receivers

Brandon Marshall, New York Jets (home vs. Philadelphia Eagles) – Reports are saying Eric Decker is a game time decision (has not practice all week), which means Marshall will be targeted a lot.

Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals (home vs. San Francisco 49ers) – As long as Carson Palmer is healthy, I love Fitzgerald vs. San Francisco, who has a bad secondary that have allowed over 350 yards on deep passes.

Allen Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars (away vs. New England Patriots) – Robinson was asleep week one, but woke up and had a monster game week two. This week, he should do well as they will be behind throughout the game so he will get plenty of garbage points.

Naw Wide Receivers

Andre Johnson, Indianapolis Colts (away vs. Tennessee Titans) – Johnson is off to a horrible start and I know he will break this slump soon…..Just not this Sunday. If you have other options, go with them and leave Johnson on the bench.

Alshon Jeffery, Chicago Bears (away vs. Seattle Seahawks) – See Matt Forte. Seattle’s home opener.

Aww Tight Ends

Jimmy Graham, Seattle Seahawks (home vs. Chicago Bears) – Personal feeling that this will be his breakout game. Home opener vs. the Bears, who’s allowed the most red zone touchdowns and red zone receptions to opposing tight ends.

Jared Cook, St Louis Rams (home vs. Pittsburgh Steelers) – Cook leads the team in receiving yards in each of the first two weeks. He always play well at home early in the season and has a good matchup at home vs. the Steelers.

Naw Tight Ends

Josh Hill/Benjamin Watson, New Orleans Saints (away vs. Carolina Panthers) – The Saints will be without Drew Brees Sunday. Enough said.

Aww Team Defense

Seattle Seahawks (home vs. Chicago Bears) – Let me add this up: Seattle’s home opener + Cam Chancellor is back+ Seattle’s 0-2 and pissed off + they’re facing Jimmy Clausen + on the road? That equals MONSTER NUMBERS!!

New York Jets (home vs. Philadelphia Eagles) – The defense is the TRUTH!!! Was very impressed on how they shut down the Colts last week and I don’t think the Eagles can block. The Jets will bring all kinds of pressure to Sam Bradford.

Naw Team Defense

Minnesota Vikings (away vs. San Diego Chargers) – I really like the Vikings defense BUT there are playing a great offense in San Diego. Philip Rivers loves throwing dump passes when pressured, so I don’t think Minnesota will do much Sunday.
