We have already reached the mid season point in the NFL. By the time the games are over this weekend we can evaluate teams with with a bit more certainty and we should have a better outlook on the future.
In the meantime these games and performances have been nothing short of box office and the NFL has put out a great product so far in 2024.
1. Detroit Lions (6-1)
Detroit is ranked first overall in total points scored and sixth in total yards from scrimmage. They have won five games in a row.

The Chiefs have scored 20 or more points in six out of their seven games this season. They currently rank ninth in total points scored.
3. Pittsburgh Steelers (6-2)
The Steelers rank second in total points allowed and ninth in total yards. They rank fourth overall in forced turnovers.
4. Houston Texans (6-2)
Houston has lost Stefon Diggs for the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL. Diggs was ranked seventh in NFL in receptions and he was second on the team in receiving yards. Houston is still without leading receiver Nico Collins, who is still on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

That Hail Mary at the end of the Chicago game was the stuff legends are made of. Jayden Daniels was having himself a great day and capped it off with a memorable moment.
6. Baltimore Ravens (5-3)
The Ravens have made a trade with the Carolina Panthers for wide receiver Diontae Johnson. Baltimore’s wide receivers have combined for 29 catches on passes thrown outside the numbers this season. Johnson has 242 catches on passes outside the numbers since 2019 (sixth most in the NFL).
