Waiting To Decide – NFL Power Rankings Week 11

In a new twist, there’s a bit of consistency brewing around the NFL. Sure, we’re still seeing the occasional upset, but the contenders are starting to contend. Now we have to see who gets knocked out before the postseason, because there’s a lot of teams with winning records and that won’t remain the same for long.

1. Indianapolis Colts (8-2)
Jonathan Taylor is averaging 113.9 rushing yards a game and has scored a total of 15 rushing touchdowns. He leads the NFL in both categories.

2. Denver Broncos (8-2)
Denver has held four of their opponents to 12 points or less this season. They rank third in both total points allowed and total yards allowed.

3. Philadelphia Eagles  (7-2)
The Eagles are currently are ranked 21st in rushing yards and only have nine rushing touchdowns. They finished last season ranked second overall in rushing yards and finished the season with 29 rushing touchdowns.

4. Los Angeles Rams (7-2)
The Rams look like the best team in the NFC, but  they are in a major dogfight for their division title. They are ranked in the top five in both total points scored and total points allowed.

5. Seattle Seahawks (7-2)
The Seahawks can prove their dominance this week when they match up with their division rival from Los Angeles.

6. New England Patriots (8-2)
The Patriots have opened a lead in the AFC East and they look like a team that’s not going to relinquish said lead.

7. Detroit Lions (6-3)
Detroit is a great team in a loaded division. They’ll need to get back to some consistency after going 2-2 in their last four games.

8. s Los Angeles Chargers (7-3)
The Chargers have won three in a row and they’ve allowed a total of 40 points during that span. They rank eighth in total points allowed this season.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3)
Looking over the numbers, the Buccaneers are not really good at anything except for maybe protecting the football and coming back in the fourth quarter to win games.

10. Kansas City Chiefs (5-4)
If the Chiefs want to get back to the top of the division (and the conference), winning the next two games will go a long way to getting there.

11. Buffalo Bills (6-3)
If you look at Buffalo’s three losses, they have turned the ball over a ton. They have a total of eight turnovers in those losses and only one turnover in their six wins.

12. San Francisco 49ers (6-4)
The 49ers have lost two out of their last three games, but they shouldn’t be too worried. Their next three games are against Arizona, Carolina and Cleveland.

13. Chicago Bears (6-3)
Caleb Williams is becoming that consistent threat at the end of games. The type of quarterback you’re scared to give the ball back to with two minutes left in the fourth quarter.

14. Green Bay Packers (5-3-1)
Two straight losses and a total of 20 points scored have the Packers looking very pedestrian lately. They average 10 points per game in their three losses.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers (5-4)
The Steelers have signed free agent cornerback Asante Samuel Jr. to their roster. Pittsburgh is currently ranked 32nd in passing yards allowed.

16. Baltimore Ravens (4-5)
Beware the Ravens. The rest of the league has been warned by yours truly: don’t say I never did anything for y’all.

17. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-4)
Travis Hunter’s season is over after undergoing knee surgery. Next year he’ll probably just play wide receiver to be on the safe side.

18. Carolina Panthers  (5-5)
Carolina has consistently hovered around the .500 mark for a few weeks now. If they can put together a win streak, they could sneak into the playoffs.

19. Minnesota Viking (4-5)
Minnesota’s turnover problems has been their Achilles’ heel this season. They’ve recorded at least one turnover in eight of their nine games.

20. Houston Texans (4-5)
The Texans saved whatever hope they had of a winning season with their victory over Jacksonville. Their schedule down the stretch is brutal, so that won’t help.

21. Atlanta Falcons (3-6)
Imagine getting rid of a speedy wide receiver and not adding another one in return and then expecting defenses to respect you deep. Falcons logic 101 I guess.

22. Washington Commanders (3-7)
The ultimate equalizer in the NFL is injuries. With the injuries the Commanders have suffered, they went from contenders to ready for the 2026 draft.

23. Cincinnati Bengals (3-6)
I don’t know where the Bengals go from here, but no lead is safe for them. They’re averaging 32.7 points per game when Joe Flacco starts a game, but they’re 1-3 in those games.

24. Dallas Cowboys (3-5-1)
The Cowboys come off of their bye week to host Las Vegas and then they’ll take on Philadelphia on the road.

25. Miami Dolphins (3-7)
One week, the Dolphins look like they could really challenge for a division title and have deep playoff run. Then next week, they look like a team that’s a few games under the .500 mark.

26. Arizona Cardinals (3-6)
The management in Arizona has been extremely off in almost all of their moves the past two or three seasons. What exactly is their identity and who is the face of their franchise?

27. Cleveland Browns (2-7)
Cleveland’s defense is solid but the Browns give up too many points. To put it in perspective, they rank second in total yards allowed, but 17th in total points allowed.

28. New York Giants (2-8)
At this point all the Giants’ fans (and probably all NFL fans) want to see is Jameis Winston start a game. At least one of his classic 300 passing yards, four touchdowns, three interception games will be entertaining.

29. New York Jets (2-7)
The Jets have actually started a winning streak. No seriously, they’ve won two in a row and they’re averaging 33.0 points per game during that stretch.

30. Las Vegas Raiders (2-7)
The Raiders have now scored less than ten points four times this season. They rank 31st in total points scored.

31. New Orleans Saints (2-8)
The Saints snapped a four game losing streak with their impressive win over Carolina. Tyler Shough threw for 282 yards and two touchdowns in his first start of the season.

32. Tennessee Titans (1-8)
Coming off of their bye week, the Titans will have their next three games at home. It’s been a dreadful season overall.
