On Friday, the NBA announced their preseason schedule. Preseason will begin with five games on December 11th, 2020 and will conclude with three games on December 19th, 2020. During the eight-day period, each team will play at least two games including at least one game on their home court.
On December 11th, the schedule is highlighted by the Los Angeles Clippers taking on the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers. The teams will play again on Sunday, December 13th at 9:30 pm eastern time.
Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant will potentially make their home Brooklyn debut on December 13th, 2020 against the Washington Wizards at Barclays Center. Their second preseason game will be against Boston Celtics on Friday, December 18th, 2020.
Each of the teams that will have two home games will play them during a three-day period before traveling to their next location. The NBA regular season will begin on December 22nd, 2020.
