The first half was full of highlights, led by an alley-hoop dunk where Stephen Curry bounced the ball off the hardwood and Antetokounmpo had to jump to where only he and few others can reach to slam it down.

“No, no. That was the first time. I think that pass was going to Joel [Embiid], but I was able to sneak in there and make it look like a good pass for me. It was a nice play,” stated Antetokounmpo.

There was also a series of deep three-pointers made by special appointed All-Star, Dirk Nowitzki. And to start the second half, there was a flashback moment with Dwyane Wade throwing an alley-hoop off of the backboard to his former teammate LeBron James.

“Yeah, I had some cool moments. I got the moments I wanted. I feel like the whole weekend has been that way,” said Wade. “You visualize something and you hope it goes that way. It definitely has. It went way beyond the moments that I visualized and that’s all I needed.”

In the second half, the intensity of the game heighten as Team LeBron stormed back behind the great shooting of Lillard and Thompson. Then Durant put the game out of reach with his MVP performance.

“It’s all sweet to me. I mean, it’s hard to rank. Everything’s special. But it’s cool to be out there with some of the best players to ever play the game, and to win an MVP here in front of my family and friends is pretty sweet,” stated Durant.

The game was a treat for the fans as they got all the highlights in the first half and serious play in the second half from the best in the world. NBA fans have a lot to look forward to in the second half of the season.
