Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver Terrance Williams Arrested, Charged With Misdemeanor

The Frisco police arrested Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrance Williams early Saturday morning for public intoxication, a class c misdemeanor, after he crashed his lamborghini into a light pole and left the scene of the accident.

The accident happened near Lebanon Road, near the Cowboys headquarters at the Star, around 3:00 a.m. Williams was arrested at his house around 5:00 a.m.  Williams was also given a misdemeanor at large charge for leaving the scene of an accident. The Dallas Cowboys have been made aware of the arrest.

Terrance Williams is sidelined until training camp with a fractured foot. Should anything come as a result of this arrest, the Cowboys have already brought in receivers Allen Hurns and Deonte Thompson.

Williams recorded 53 receptions for 568 yards last year with the Cowboys. (First reported by Clarence Hill, Fort Worth Star-Telegram)
