The Atlanta Hawks were very active during the NBA offseason. They brought in six players including guard Kris Dunn and forward Tony Snell.

Both players are recovering from injuries that occurred before signing with the Hawks.

Dunn (26 years old), underwent an MRI on November 24th that revealed cartilage disruption in his right knee. He is currently able to participate in modified individual workouts.

Snell (29), underwent an MRI on November 20th that confirmed inflammation of the cuboid bone in his right foot. Snell was able to start unloading, has rested since then and gradually returned to re-loading which includes form shooting and conditioning activities.

Also sixth-overall pick, forward/center Onyeka Okongwu, underwent an MRI on November 20th which confirmed inflammation of the sesamoid bone in his left foot. Okongwu has began conditional activities and and shooting.

All three players will be re-evaluated on December 11th. The Hawks will play their first preseason game against the Orlando Magic at State Farm Arena
