It was a competitive game from the start as the Redskins displayed toughness and grit by coming back in the last seconds tying the game up on a Case Keenum touchdown run.
History was made when running back Adrian Peterson scored his 111th career touchdown, passing Hall of Fame running back Walter Payton for fourth all-time.
Quarterback Dwayne Haskins exited the game on the first play of the second half after going 12 of 15 for 133 and two touchdowns. Although getting injured, Haskins ended on a good note, proving that his future is bright.
While losing their 12th game, they locked the No. 2 seed in the 2020 NFL Draft. There is a lot of holes that Washington can fill.
