The Atlanta Hawks (15-39) powered behind Trae Young’s 48 points and 13 assist wins 140-135 over the New York Knicks (17-37) in double overtime.
John Collins 32 points and 16 rebounds helped paved the way for the Hawks as well.
Atlanta got a big boost from Dewayne Dedmon as he made his debut of his second stint with the Hawks tonight.
He added 10 points, seven rebounds and five block shots off the bench.
The Hawks travel to Orlando to face the Magic on Monday.
