Atlanta United has acquired LAFC’s natural fourth-round pick in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft in exchange for an international roster spot for the 2018 season.
Each club in MLS has the rights to eight international spots on its roster. Yet, these spots are tradable, in full season increments, such that some clubs may have more than eight and some clubs may have fewer than that. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of international roster spots on each club’s roster.
Also hey will inherit Minnesota United’s 2019 draft pick in return for mid-fielder Harrison Heath.Heath only made one appearance in a 2-2 tie with Toronto FC during stoppage time.
