Atlanta, Ga – The Atlanta Falcons began their search for the President of Football vacancy. They completed interviews with Mike Disner and Brandt Tilis on Thursday evening.
Disner, a native from Bloomfield, Michigan, is the current Chief Operating Officer for the Detroit Lions. He spent the past seven seasons with the organization (2019-25). He started as the Vice President of Football Administration in 2019.
Prior to Detroit, he spent six seasons (2013-18) with the Arizona Cardinals as Director of Football Administration after four years at the NFL Management Council, one as labor operations manager (2012) and three as labor operations coordinator (2009-11). Disner began his NFL career as a scouting assistant with the New England Patriots in 2007 after serving as an intern for the club for the previous two summers (2005-06).
Tilis is a native of Dallas, Texas. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the Carolina Panthers (2024-25).
Prior to his job with the Panthers, Tilis spent 14 years with the Kansas City Chiefs (2010-23) as the vice president of football operations. He also was held the position in the labor operations department for the NFL Management Council for three years.
