Cleveland Browns’ offensive lineman Chris Hubbard will have season-ending surgery on his triceps. Hubbard was first injured in week one against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Browns kept him on the active roster, anticipating he would possibly return in a couple of weeks.
With Hubbard out, the Browns have some roster moves to make because their starting left tackle, Jedrick Wills Jr., has been suffering from a high ankle sprain. Wills has yet to miss a game, but he hasn’t been able to complete a full one. Until the Browns make a roster move, they will have to depend on Blake Hance or rookie James Hudson III to fill in.
Hubbard signed with the Browns in 2018 and has been mostly a valuable rotation piece for them when one of their starters has gone down in the past.
